Honestly, how much money does your organisation spend on training?

How much of that training really makes a difference?

I don’t know about you, but when I was Managing Director of my own business, I wanted to see a real return on my investment in training.  Too many trainers professed to deliver what I wanted, but never did, so I decided to become a trainer and coach myself to create training and deliver coaching that has an everlasting effect.

Don’t just take my word for it though, this is the comment I received from training I delivered to a client in the University sector:

“To be honest, yours was the only training course I’ve been on where I’ve actually used the stuff I’ve learned.”

That’s right, you won’t get a big fat expensive folder with pretty colours that sits on your shelf gathering dust, what you will get is training that changes minds, alters attitudes and improves productivity.
